9.2. In Charge Allowance

9.2.1 A member being a Constable or Sergeant in charge of a station, not being a designated one member station, branch or section so determined by the Controlling Authority for the purpose of this clause, shall be paid an In Charge Allowance for unpaid:

(a) overtime;

(b) standby;

(c) disturbance of leisure and/or extra responsibility.

9.2.2 If the member is in charge of a station, not being a designated one member station, branch or section that the Controlling Authority determines as being a full-time capacity an In Charge Allowance shall be paid that is equivalent to 2.5 per cent of normal salary.

9.2.3 If the member is in charge of a station, not being a designated one member station, branch or section that the Controlling Authority determines as being a part-time capacity an In Charge Allowance shall be paid that is equivalent to 1.25 per cent of normal salary.
